Los Angeles Archive offers a 14-day return window for all premium vintage and archival garments, ensuring they are returned in their original condition with all security tags attached. Please note that curated archive pieces must be unworn and unaltered to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form will be sent to your email address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the return form, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our archival team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
